Jim McMillan is a Certified Master Inspector providing unbiased, accurate and thorough home inspections in Sandhills and Piedmont areas of both North and South Carolina. Jim, along with his wife Judy, owns and operates Highland Residential Inspections Inc. Jim has been inspecting homes for more than 12 years, and throughout that time he has provided accurate, informative and reliable information to home owners and home buyers throughout area. Jim regularly inspects in Anson, Cumberland, Hoke, Moore, Richmond and Robeson counties in North Carolina as well as Marlboro and Chesterfield counties in South Carolina.

Additionally, Jim has extensive experience in the construction field, has contracted with HUD to perform a variety of government mandated inspections, and currently is under contract with several national companies to perform “Draw Inspections” on new construction, “Re-location Inspections”, and Insurance evaluations. Jim is also available for small scale commercial inspections.
